fleet-board-daemon

A real panel page plus a spawn, using a command channel so it does not deadlock.

Run it with no Koma attached. The process prints its manifest id, the hello, and the scripted frames.

cargo run -p fleet-board-daemon

Set KOMA_EXT_SOCKET and KOMA_EXT_TOKEN to connect that same binary to a running Koma.
