resume

Attach to a session that already exists.

Leave policy out to keep the stored policy. external_approvals defaults to false and is not remembered from last time.

The result is a state object.

An unknown session is not_found. A second bind is invalid_state.

The shared error object has code, message, and delivery. delivery is not_sent or unknown. A rejected turn disposition is a result, described on the turns page.
